GSIL’s Smart Site Safety Solution 4S Recognized at ARAMCO Technical Services Contractor Recognition Event
GSIL, in collaboration with global company Samsung E&A, has received recognition for its Smart Site Safety Solution 4S at the recent ARAMCO Technical Services Contractor Recognition event. The solution was implemented at Aramco’s Jafurah Gas Processing Facilities Project (JFGP).
At the event, Samsung E&A was honored with the ‘Contractor Technology Award’ for its excellence in digital innovation and improvements in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) management. Hyundai Engineering & Construction and NAQEL Company were named runners-up.
The 4S solution includes features such as the Smart Safety Passport (SSP) and Mobile Permit to Work (M-PTW), which aid in access control, safety training, and work permit management. It has successfully demonstrated its ability to enhance safety, productivity, and cost-efficiency through digitalization and visualization of the worksite.
Following this, GSIL received a Certificate of Appreciation from Saudi Aramco for successful project collaboration.
This award highlights the success of the GSIL-Samsung E&A collaboration on a global stage, and it is anticipated that the Smart Site Safety Solution 4S will be adopted in more international projects moving forward.
